How to Add Free Sudoku PDFs to Your reMarkable

Use this quick setup guide after you download a free reMarkable Sudoku PDF. It shows which file fits your device, how to load it, and how the puzzle and answer links work.

What you get

It's a free PDF of 100 Sudoku, sized to the reMarkable screen instead of a letter page. An index page jumps to any puzzle with a tap, every puzzle links straight to its answer, and the cells are big enough to write digits with the pen. One download gives you two files, so it fits every current reMarkable.

Choose and download your free reMarkable Sudoku pack, then use these setup steps.

Which file fits your reMarkable?

You get both files in the download. Open the one that matches your device.

Your deviceScreenUse this PDF
reMarkable 210.3 inch mono, 4:3standard
reMarkable Paper Pro11.8 inch color, 4:3standard
reMarkable Paper Pro Move7.3 inch color, 9:16move

The two layouts are built separately. The Move file uses the tall 9:16 shape, so the grid fills that narrow screen instead of floating in a wide margin.

How do I get it onto the tablet?

Four steps, and you're solving.

  1. Download the pack on your computer or phone.
  2. Unzip it and pick the PDF for your device from the table above.
  3. Upload the PDF in the reMarkable app or at my.remarkable.com.
  4. It syncs to the tablet. Tap the index to start, and write your answers with the pen.

One nice detail: the index and answer links fire on a finger tap, not a pen tap. So you can rest your hand and write without jumping off the page by accident.

Why not just use a printable Sudoku PDF?

You can, and it'll open. But a letter-size printable shows up small on the reMarkable, with the grid boxed inside a wide margin and cells that feel tight for the pen. Sizing the page to the screen fixes all three. The grid fills the display, each cell sits near 7 to 8 mm for comfortable handwriting, and the tap-to-jump navigation lands where you expect.

That's the whole reason I built a separate reMarkable version instead of pointing people at a print pack.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. It downloads free, and there's no account to make.

Does it work on the Paper Pro Move?

Yes. The second PDF in the download is built for the Move's 9:16 screen.

Will you add more puzzle types?

That's the plan. Kakuro, word search, mazes, and a few logic puzzles for reMarkable are next.
